SWTHZ One Paseo Plunge Club is back for your favorite communal recovery ritual.

Meet us on the Lawn at One Paseo (behind Cava and Fashonphile) for a morning that hits movement, community, and luxury contrast therapy all in one. We warm you up with a workout on The Lawn, then you take over to the brand new SWTHZ One Paseo studio so you can plunge and sauna in a beautiful space.

Think: less “workout class,” more “main character energy with your crew before brunch.”

Here is the flow:

💦45 minutes of sweat or breathwork on The Lawn to get your heart rate up and your endorphins going

We are running two Sunday sessions (same day) each month:

August date: Sunday 30

Free for SWTHZ members and $40 for non members. Spots are limited, so snag your session early and bring a friend who keeps saying they want to “get into cold plunging someday.”
