SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold. ❄️🔥 Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower.

Please buy your ticket ahead of time with the link below for $10, or you can pay $15 at the door for a drop in! Check-in opens at 9:30am, event starts at 10:00am  and proceeds benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation!
