Outdoor BodyROK Classes
Bodyrok is hosting outdoor pilates classes all week long! Get ready to sweat and shake! Join them for a 50-minute low-impact, resistance-based workout guaranteed to "ROK" your body. Using slow, controlled movements, they will guide you through this pilates-inspired workout that brings your muscles to failure, allowing them to build back even stronger.
